RATES

Rates will fluctuate based on season and days of the week, typically ranging from $125-250 per night.

To check availability, please use the link to our reference our up-to-date Airbnb calendar. If you book directly through our website however, you will save on Airbnb’s service fees.

Message us through the Rental Request page for an exact quote for your dates of travel, which will include the nightly rate, taxes, cleaning fee, and any pet fees.

Winter Special

Have plans to come up several weekends in the winter and would like to avoid the hassle of trailering your sleds back and forth? Fox Den would welcome you to book a 2 week stay for a 20% discount and keep your sleds onsite. Plenty of room to leave your trailers parked in the drive and have them waiting for you!

Payment Policies

A deposit of the first night’s rate is due with the reservation. It is refundable up to 48 hours before the check in date.
The remaining balance, plus taxes, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable) are due at least 48 hours prior to check-in on our website. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, and cash.
Fox Den reserves the right to collect payment for any damages beyond normal occupancy wear and tear and for extensive cleaning charges passed along by our cleaning service.
Please No Smoking in the cabin as this requires extensive cleaning to remove.

10% Tax (5.5% State/County tax + 4.5% Town of Lincoln room tax)
$ 195 Cleaning Fee
$10/night pet fee (dogs only, up to 2)
